Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made on or before September 5, 2023, are subject to a full refund less an administration fee of $75 + tax.  Registrations cancelled between September 6, 2023, and November 3, 2023, are subject to a 50% refund.  There will be no refunds for cancellations after November 3, 2023.

Please note:  If registration is submitted after November 3, 2023, there will be no refunds issued in the event of a cancellation.
